At HanaLaura, we make all our personalized jewelry, name necklaces, monograms, and more to the highest standards and deliver it exactly as you ordered. If your order arrives damaged or contains an error inconsistent with the invoice, we will replace your item at no cost and even cover the return postage. Please message us immediately here, and include your order number and select "Returns" as the subject.Â
30-Day Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If youâre unsatisfied with your piece, no worries. We accept returns on new and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. As our items are one-of-a-kind personalized pieces, returns will incur a 50% restocking fee. Customers will also be responsible for any shipping fees associated with their return. Please message us immediately here, and include your order number and select "Returns" as the subject.Â
Cancellation
We get right to work on your personalized one-of-a-kind jewelry piece. Therefore, it's crucial you review the details of your order before placing it. That said, we do accept cancellations within 24 hours from when an order was placed. Please be aware that this will incur a ï»ż10% restocking fee. Cancellation requests made after 24-hours are subject to our 30-Day return policy. Please message us immediately here, and include your order number and select "Cancellation" as the subject.
