Return and Cancellation Guidelines

At Hanalaura, we strive to make all our personalized jewelry to the highest standards and deliver it exactly as you ordered. For items that are damaged or contain an error (inconsistent with the invoice) upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement piece with covered return postage at no cost. We want to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your personalized piece. We prefer that you email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your name, phone number, order number, and pictures of the product as you received it with the email subject “Jewelry Replacement”

30 Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re unsatisfied with your piece, no worries.  We accept returns on unworn items within 30 days after delivery. We simply ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. As our items are one-of-a-kind personalized pieces, returns will incur a 50% restocking fee. Customers will also be responsible for any shipping fees associated with their return. Please email us at [email protected] with your name, phone number, order number, and pictures of the product as you received it with the email subject “Jewelry Return”.

Product Exchange

Didn’t get what you wanted? No problem! We recommend making another purchase on our site and emailing us at [email protected] about returning your initial purchase. Please include your name, pictures of your initial purchase, and both order numbers in your message. We will refund your initial purchase with no restocking fee and cover return postage. We can only accept the exchange if the piece is returned unworn and in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Proof of new purchase is required to receive the full refund on initial purchase. 


Customers have up to 24 hours after initial purchase to cancel their order or request modifications* to their personalized jewelry piece. Modifications can include metal, size, chain length, and lettering. Because our custom jewelry is irreplaceable, we urge customers to review their order prior to checkout. Cancellation requests after this time will incur a 50% restocking fee. Please email us at [email protected] with your name, phone number, and order number with the email subject of either “Jewelry Cancellation” or “Jewelry Modification”.
